“….the artist of the evening, Simonne Jones sneaked almost shyly through the audience to the stage.  Any suspicion of uncertainty was swiftly disposed of as Simonne began to delight  her respectfully quiet audience. In only two songs she was supported by a drummer, the other songs she performed on her own and often sounded like four-man band. She played 3 different guitars and just as many keyboards. With drum pads on her guitars, she was able to create her own drum sound. She then looped these sounds to create a highly entertaining soundscape and live show. The audience was blown away by the combination of her voice, her appearance and her professionalism, it was hard to believe that she is only 23...”
